in the mountains with my little crosses soon. But first I let some trees to grow ;)
I don't plan to finish my goldwork right away. I think I will just stitch once in a while on it for now.
We are going on a roadtrip over the long Easter weekend and we have never been further west than Virden. So this time we will discover a little bit of Saskatchewan. I am so looking forward to get out of the every day routine. Especially now that the weather is getting warmer. All the snow is melting away. The roads and driveways are free of snow and outside of town there are only some snowspots on the fields left.
Wanda, if nothing comes in the way I will come to the EAC seminar in Regina in 2010. I am looking forward to meeting you there! I can't wait to see what classes will be offered. Do you by any chance know some addresses for Needlecraft shops in Saskatchewan?

Your stitching is looking fantastic!!! I hope that you have a fantastic Easter filled with many blessings. It sound like you have great plans!
I love a good road trip! I hope you have lots of fun on yours!!
A break from the day-to-day stuff sounds so good. Hope you enjoy your trip!
Hi there!!!
It's going to be a great seminar (of course I just might be biased:)
I guess it depends on where in Saskatchewan you're looking but here in Regina we have Canadiana Needlecrafts. The former owner was shutting down the retail and maintaining the mail order part of the business (they didn't know if they would get a buyer) but it has been bought and Peggy is working to bring it back to a real store again.
We had three really great stores here a few years ago but due to health and retirement we went to almost nothing for awhile. Accent Stitchery still sells from her home by appointment, but I haven't been there since she closed the storefront so I can't comment on that.
We are working to get a bunch of retail at Seminar though . . .
Feel free to email me at wanda.p@sasktel.net
Talk soon,
Wanda
Looking great Bine!
