Yesterday at 7pm there was an unexpected knocking on our door (we don't have a bell) and two very good friends of us were visiting us. I haven't seen them for nearly a year. So there was again only a little bit stitching during the day.
Look what was in the mail today. My first Vikky Clayton silk. The conversion for Jeannette Douglas' My Stitching Treasures. I'll bond my hands behind my back to make sure not to start it immediately :-)

Now that you have them, aren't the VC silks neat? I love them :-)
I've got a black and red VC silk, but I haven't stitched with them yet - your colours look gorgeous! Makes me want to fly over for a fondling session ;)
Nice collection of silks there!
The colors look great Bine, I have this in my stash too and hope that somewhere this year, I can start it. I broke down and got the silk accessory pack, but these colors look wonderful,

VC silkies have wonderful colours, I like them so much. I can understand your urge to start stitching with them immediately ;)
